What is Psychotherapy for?
So that we can recognize our emotions and sustain them in front of situations. To assume our responsibilities in front of our choices. To look at our shadows and know that it is not just from light that we are made of. To recognize that we are different from each other and we need to learn to deal with and respect our differences. To overcome traumas, fears and anguish.
Therapy is coping, recognition, acceptance, diving, affection, bonding, transgression.
